Hi Music and Guard Program families!
One of the largest program fundraisers, the Winter Show, is coming up in less than 3 weeks (Saturday March 22) and we need your help… 
Each family in the program (no matter what ensemble your kid is in) must sign up for at least 1 shift – there is something for everyone!
- Do you like preparing and serving food?
- Do you like directing traffic?
- Do you like running (the modern version of) a cash register?
- Not sure what you like to do? Check out the many choices – we just need the gift of 3 or more hours of your time!
For families that are new to the program, it’s a great way to meet other families too. 
Only adults should sign up below – there is a separate signup for students. Please signup at this link, and the lead for your area will reach out before the event, or you’ll get directed to the right spot when you sign in at the volunteer check-in in the breezeway near the band/music room.
If your kids are going to junior prom, or you want to watch them in the Winter Percussion and Winter Guard performances, there are volunteer slots that will accommodate that.
