Hello Parents and Students,
Marching Band Uniform Fitting Days are fast-approaching.
Parents/Guardians, before the Fitting Days, please fill out the Uniform Google Form to reserve your student’s uniform and ensure proper fit. Google form: https://forms.gle/8QkN8D2EhowFawiQ9
And please sign up to volunteer during Fitting Days! We need at least 20 volunteers to help us move the students fast and guarantee that they will be looking great in their uniforms at all the events. Here is the link to SignUp Genius:

Following is the schedule and plan for upcoming fittings.
Please mark your calendars:
- Shoe Fitting: Saturday, August 19
- Uniform Fittings for Seniors & Juniors: Friday, August 25
- Uniform Fittings for Sophomores & Freshman: Saturday, August 26

Shoe Fitting: During Practice, Saturday August 19th
Time: 11am – 12pm and 4:30 to 6pm
Location: Orchestra Room (H-25 – inside Band Room)
- All Marching Band students wear marching shoes (Drill Masters).
- Drill Masters are required for all games and performances.
- All Freshman and new students must purchase new Drill Masters.
Returning Band Students, Please do the following BEFORE you come to your fitting:
- Inspect the condition of your old Drill Masters (Marching Shoes)
- If cracked, in poor condition, the wrong size, or lost, you will need NEW ones.
What to bring to Shoe fitting:
- Drill Masters (as a returning band student), to inspect & retry/size if unsure
- Bring payment: $40 (all students)
If paying by check: Make check payable to: FHS Band Boosters
If paying cash: Place cash in an envelope labeled: “Drill Masters Order for [name of student] – FHS Band Boosters”
NOTE:
For returning Band Students with Drill Masters in good condition, correctly-sized (as determined by the Uniform Team), payment will be returned
Mark your calendars for MANDATORY UNIFORM FITTING for ALL Band Students
Senior and Junior Fitting Day
Friday, August 25th 2023, from 3:30 to 6:00pm (after school and before the Football game)
Freshman and Sophomore Fitting Day
Saturday, August 26th 2023, from 2:30 to 6:00pm (during practice)
On Fitting Day:
- WEAR YOUR DRILLMASTERS (Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors)
- Bring $ 40.00 check made out to Band Boosters to purchase Drillmasters (Freshman)
- Wear black T-shirt (no tank tops)
- Wear all- black leggings, basketball style shorts, or light weight sweats. (No cargo shorts or stripes.)
