50th Band Review Student and Adult Volunteer Sign Up
We have an incredible 50th anniversary Band Review event coming up October 26th, and need your help to make it a success! It is also our largest fundraiser for the year, and supports all of the music ensembles and programs.
All Foothill Guard and Instrumental Families including- Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz A/B & Symphonic Band must sign up for at least 2 adult volunteer shifts per family. Orchestra families must sign up for 1 adult shift, more are appreciated. Many hands make light work!
2024 Foothill Band Review – ADULT Volunteers Signup
Note: There is a separate Sign-Up Genius for students, but if you want to pick your slots so you can see your kid perform, the Marching Band and Color Guard will be performing in the parade at around 8:40am and closing out the evening at around 10:30pm in the field show.
For new families, FYI that the Band Review hosts 50+ bands from all over California, and takes place in 3 different locations in Pleasanton throughout the day: Downtown Pleasanton (parade competition down Main Street), Amador Valley High School (concert competitions), and Foothill High School (Field Show Competition).
Constant Contact – New Way to Communicate with You!
We are adding Constant Contact to expand how we communicate with all Foothill Instrumental Music families. We are working to establish the best way to communicate all this amazing information to you in the best way possible.
If you wish to Opt-Out of Constant Contact communications, you can fill out this form:
This will not impact your email notifications from ParentSquare, CutTime, or other district platforms.
8th Grade Tailgate, Friday 9/27 from 4-6p. Help make it Amazing!
We will be welcoming over 60 8th graders to Foothill on Friday. This may be the first time that many of these 8th graders will be on campus and be part of our amazing Music Program! Help make this night memorable for all our incoming freshmen by welcoming them and their parents.
We will be hosting a Tailgate for all the 8th graders and all band members before the game in the Breezeway, right in front of the Band Room.
Here is a link to the Sign Up genius where you can donate food items and volunteer for a quick shift on Friday!
