We are just 2 days away from our first competition of the season! Woohoo!! Here is some information for the day of.
Here is the the show packet from Dublin. This packet has information about tickets, concessions, parkinig, and more. This will help all new parents be a bit more prepared for Saturday. As always please don’t hesitate to ask if any of this information doesn’t make sense.
Please follow the itinerary for the students. We rehearse at Foothill at 11am and will be done by 1:45pm. Students will need to help make sure all equipment and large instruments be loaded into the trucks. ALL STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT TO DUBLIN! Parents should drop off and pick up students off Village Parkway. At the bottom of the show packet has a map with where our location for snack and uniforms will be. Please take a look at it before Saturday.
Please triple check the itinerary and have a copy of it on your phone. I will also send a copy on band app as well. Make sure you bring your show shirt, long black socks, and warm clothes to change into after the competition is over.
