Here is a list of action items that came up during the meeting. I did my best to make this list as comprehensive as possible, but if I am missing anything, please let me know.
- Reserve Police – That will be done via the Permit to be filed with PPD by Rob.
- Reserve Additional Barricades – Peter Goebel to reach out to the city to reserve more.
- Bookings for Bands Open – Registration has been open since March.
- Facilities reserved in Facilitron – Moises made those reservations back in March.
- Book Hotels for Judges and Techs – Michael Schweizer to take the lead on that
- Book Vic’s – Rob
- Alumni Band – Reconfirm with Moises that is in progress.
- 50th Anniversary Ideas
- Steve Haney to design a commemorative logo
- Steve will work with Richa Malik to place the orders for shirts, cups, and possibly more.
- Invite previous Board Members, parents, and Alumni
- Work with Eric Berdahl about ideas on how to honor these former Boosters.
- Silent Auction – Rob to talk with Malcolm De Leo about this in more detail.
