Tomorrow is our WGI Regional day, despite the gloomy weather our guard members are ready to light up the floor with their show! In this email you will find additional show site information and Show day reminders.
CARPOOLS
If you are driving this weekend, please be on the lookout for an additional email with maps, parking info and lunch information. You will additionally be getting a text message from me to start a group chat for the day.
I wanted to get a little bit of a head start for next week’s show (Granada) carpools. Right now we are at 17 seats, we need 8 more seats in order to get our students safely to the show site. Please sign up on the LINKED SIGN UP SHEET as soon as possible if you are able to drive.

SHOW DAY REMINDERS
- Call time for members is 7:00am! All members should come SHOW READY! This means hair done, makeup done, uniform on.
- Members should bring plenty of water
- Members should bring WARM LAYERS and some regular clothes to change in after the first performance
- Lunch and dinner are NOT PROVIDED by the band. Your student should either bring money or a packed lunch / dinner
- Since we will have a little over an hour and a half for lunch, I will be organizing a lunch trip with the carpools to the El Mercado Shopping Plaza for lunch. The plaza is about a block from the school site.
- Parents: you will be informed via Email if we made finals or not for the regional. If we DO make finals, pick up time at Foothill is 9:50pm. IF we do NOT make finals the pick up time at Foothill will be 1:45pm.
We are so excited to see a FULL SHOW out on the floor this weekend! The guard has been working incredibly hard the past few weeks and it shows.
