Volunteering and Fundraising

  • Student Volunteering – The long awaited list is ready for students to pick their shifts for Fall Band Review.  All students can sign up now.
  • Trucking – Want to help? Like to Drive? Remember our amazing trucking crew that helps the band get places.  Want more information, check out our post on the opportunities: Think Trucking
  • Cookie Sales Update: Sales should be underway.  The Orders and Money are due by Friday, October 25th.  If you are having issues with the Google Form, it is perfectly acceptable to complete the online form and print it out, turning it into the band box.  More questions, contact foothillmusicfundraiser@gmail.com
  • Volunteering: At this point, we have a lot of shifts that are still open.  Targeted communications have gone out, but as always we will ask again, please help the band.  Check out the Volunteer Opportunities.
  • Trophy Sponsorship: As mentioned in our earlier email, the awards for Fall Band Review don’t happen without Sponsorship.  Please think about helping (or see if your company can help). Trophy Sponsorship

  • Tuesday (10/15/2019)
    • 530-9pm Marching band practice. 
  • Thursday (10/17/2019)
    • 530-9pm Marching band practice.
  • Friday (10/18/2019)
    • Friday Night Lights: Football Game (in uniform)
      • 400pm – uniform changing
      • 500pm – warm up @ quad
      • 630pm – walk to field
      • 700pm – game start*will play in the stands and will do halftime performance 
      • 900pm – dismissal 
  • Saturday (10/19/2019)
    • WBA Dublin! Saturday itinerary attached.  Competing groups. Field Show

  • 4:30 Band Arrives at Dublin High (drop off)
  • 5:00 Uniform Dressing Time
  • 6:30 Music Warm Up
  • 7:30 Depart for Gate
  • 7:54 Performance Time (Go Foothill)
  • 9:30 Awards
  • 10:00 Dismissal from Dublin High
