Here are some of the key times (full scheduled linked above)
- 6:00 am – Band Room Opens
- 6:30 am – Members arrive and begin changing into uniform
- 7:00 am – Loading Buses (bring snacks for bus ride and for after parade)
- 8:30 am – Arrive in Napa and unload
- 11:10 am – Parade Performance Time
- 11:30 am – Load Buses
- 4:00 pm – Dinner Break & Senior Dinner
- 6:00 pm – Uniform Dressing Time
- 9:00 pm – Performance Time Competition
- 11:00 pm – Depart Napa High
- 12:30 am (11/10/2019) – Dismissal from Foothill
