San Diego Trip Information – Deposit payment and form submission

Hello Students and Families,

If you are planning to attend the San Diego trip in April then please take a look at this google form to sign up. Included in the form is information and details about the trip. If you have any questions please ask either Mr. Nishimori or Mr. Fagundes.

In order for your spot to be secured you will need to have the form filled out AND your deposit of $150 submitted.

Write a check and put it in the band room mail box(by Thursday, Dec 21st), or mail through our PO BOX 866 Pleasanton, CA 94566(by Dec 29th).

Checks should be made out to ‘Foothill Band Booster Club‘. Please include your student’s name on your check.

When: Thursday April 18th (departing roughly around lunch time) – Sunday April 21st (returning sometime in the evening)

Where: USS Midway Museum, side by side rehearsal with SDSU ensemble(s), Balboa Park/Timken Museum, and the San Diego Zoo. Plans subject to changed based on availability.

The total of the trip will be $700 which includes all of the activities above, bus, hotel (5 students in a room), a shirt, all breakfast, one lunch and one dinner. The rest of the meals students will be expected to cover their own meals. Expect to budget an extra $150-200 for extra meals and souvenirs.
