Hello Marching Band and Color Guard families,
This is the reminder of tomorrow’s schedule.
- 10:30 am: On the Field for practice at Foothill
- 2:15 pm: Load the buses (please ensure you have all necessary items with you)
- 7:15 pm: Performance of “Shine Through”
- 11:00 pm: Arrive at FHS and unload trucks (it’s essential that everyone remains until everything is properly put away)

A few important notes to keep in mind:
- 680 Road Closure: Please be aware that 680 will be closed tomorrow. Please make sure you plan for Foothill Rd traffic and drop your child off at the HS early enough! The practice starts at 10:30 am at the FHS field.
- Lunch Break: If we adhere to the itinerary closely, practice should conclude around noon, and the bus loading is scheduled for 2 pm. There is a gap of time during which your child can have lunch at home. Be prepared to return to FHS before 2 pm.
- Evening Pickup: Our anticipated arrival time back at FHS is around 11 pm. Keep an eye on the band app for real-time updates from the chaperone regarding our schedule progress. It’s crucial that you pick up your students promptly.
