End of Year Banquet Meal Ticket Purchase by May 1

All Band, String, Jazz, and Guard students are cordially invited to our End of Year Banquet on Friday, May 16. (Student tickets are free.)

  • Graduating Senior Parents: You’re warmly invited to join us! Please purchase your meal tickets ($20 per adult) by May 1.
  • Adult Volunteers: Volunteers helping at the event may also purchase a meal ticket ($20 per adult) by May 1.

Instructions: Under “General Donation”, select $20 per adult. In the “Donation Allocation” box, please type “banquet” along with the adult first and last names.

Senior Only Items: Scholarship, Yearbook Sr. Page – Due by May 1

Senior Band Scholarship  

Each year the Boosters Award one $1000 scholarship to a Senior Musician or Colorguard applicant.  Applications are due by 5pm, May 1 to vicepresident@foothillmusic.org.  The Award Winner will be announced at the End of Year Banquet on Fri., 5/16. 

Graduating Senior Pages for our Band Yearbook

Senior families, please put together a one page photo collage PDF featuring your student and any congratulatory message you would like to write for your child. Here are some example pages from a prior year in a PDF. 2023 senior page examples 

You can use any desktop publishing tool as long as it can output a PDF file. The PDF needs to be standard letter size (8.5” x 11”) with at least 300 dpi resolution. Some free software packages include Canva (https://www.canva.com/ ), Figma (https://www.figma.com/ ) and Adobe Express (https://www.adobe.com/express/ ).
