REMINDER FOR BAND TRIP STUDENTS
New Uniform Fitting Day is tomorrow (April 14)
4:00-6:30pm in the Small Gym
All students going on the Southern CA Band trip MUST be fitted for the new uniform. In order to avoid a mad rush of students, please try to follow this schedule:
4:00 – 4:30: Drum Major, Flutes, Clarinets
4:30 – 5:00: Horns, Cornets, Saxes
5:00 – 5:30: Percussion, Trombones, Euphonium, Tubas, Flags
5:30 – 6:00: Guard
What to bring:
Students must bring their drillmasters (marching band shoes) to fitting day. Shoes must be worn when doing a fitting. If your shoes don’t fit, bring them anyway and we will try to find drillmasters you can borrow for the trip.
What to wear:
Please wear athletic shorts, marching band socks and a light t-shirt. If you have been in marching band before, wear whatever you usually wear under your uniform.
MISSING UNIFORMS: We have discovered 10 of you did not return your uniform after the Marching Band season. If you took your uniform home you MUST BRING IT TOMORROW. You will be using your pants from last year with the new uniform and we cannot fit you without your uniform. Those with missing uniforms have been sent an email from Mr. Nishimori.
