REMINDER: Complete the Traveler Information Forms by 9/30
Please complete one of the forms for each person in your party before September 30th, 2024. Our feedback is tied to our travel packages, and we want to ensure everyone is accounted for and on a flight!

Chaperone Meeting – Wed 10/2 at 7:30p
We are holding our Chaperone Kick-Off Meeting on Wednesday, 10/2, at 7:30p at Foothill High School, Room C6, and on Zoom. https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84543246307?pwd=GVdDPhPaE3dA424U7XSzwKbog86Lv0.1
All parents can join, but this meeting will be focused on Chaperones, finding a Lead Chaperone for the trip, logistics, expectations, and more.
Flight Information – Full Package Travelers
For our Full Package travelers, The Parade just shared the two flights our Full Package travelers will be on. At this moment in time, this is informational only – no assignments have been made yet. The Leads and Chaperones will be determining which groups are on what flights. We will do our best to figure this out by 10/8/2024 so those not on a FULL Package can book flights.

Ticket Restaurant Card – Student
The Parade gives every person a card with £60 pre-loaded for lunches and dinners during the week. The Parade recommends adding £75 ($100 US) to cover any additional meals your traveler might need. You can add value to the card your student will get in London and to your own.
