- 10:30 am On the Field for practice at Foothill
- 11:45 pm Run Thru – Parent volunteers required to attend to help the front ensemble!
- 12:15 pm Load trucks and trailers at Foothill
- 1:00 pm Trucks and trailers leave Foothill
- 2:15 pm Load the buses (make sure you have everything you need)
- 2:30 pm Truck and trailers arrive at Tokay HS
- 3:30 pm Buses arrive at Tokay HS & unload the truck
- 3:45 pm Dinner provided by boosters
- 4:30 pm Put on uniforms
- 4:50 pm Line up in two’s with visual staff
- 5:00 pm Visual warm up
- 6:00 pm Music warm-up
- 6:35 pm Full music ensemble warm-Up
- 6:50 pm To field staging area
- 7:05 pm Field staging area
- 7:15 pm Perform “Shine Through”
- 7:30 pm Put equipment away/change out of uniform
- 7:40 pm Announcements from Mr. Fagundes near the trailer!
- 7:45 pm Snack provided by boosters
- 9:00 pm Awards Ceremony
- 9:45 pm Load buses
- 10:00 pm Everyone departs from Lodi
- 11:00 pm Arrive at FHS and unload trucks (Everyone must stay until everything is put away)

NO ONE is allowed to leave the Tokay High School Campus. All Foothill HS rules apply
on all field trips. You are representing Foothill High School, PUSD & Pleasanton. Make
us all proud to be a part of the Foothill Marching Band & Color Guard.
