- 10:00 am On the Field for practice at Foothill
- 11:45 pm Run Thru – Parent volunteers required to attend to help the front ensemble!
- 12:15 pm Load trucks and trailers at Foothill
- 1:00 pm Trucks and trailers leave Foothill
- 1:45 pm Load the buses (eat lunch before and make sure you have everything you need)
- 2:00 pm Truck and trailers arrive at James Logan HS
- 2:45 pm Buses arrive at James Logan HS & unload the truck
- 3:15 pm Put on uniforms
- 3:40 pm Line up in two’s with visual staff
- 3:50 pm Visual warm up
- 4:50 pm Music warm-up
- 5:20 pm Full music ensemble warm-Up
- 5:40 pm To field staging area
- 5:50 pm Field staging area
- 6:00 pm Perform “Shine Through”
- 6:30 pm Put equipment away/change out of uniform
- 6:40 pm Announcements from Mr. Fagundes near the trailer!
- 6:50 pm Dinner provided by the Foothill Band Boosters
- 8:45 pm Return back to trailer & get into full uniform for full retreat (no shakos & wear gloves)
- 9:20 pm Awards Ceremony
- 10:00 pm Dismissal from James Logan High School
- 10:00 pm Truck and trailers depart from James Logan
- 11:00 pm Arrive at FHS and unload trucks (Everyone must stay until everything is put away)

NO ONE is allowed to leave the James Logan High School Campus. All Foothill HS rules apply
on all field trips. You are representing Foothill High School, PUSD & Pleasanton. Make
us all proud to be a part of the Foothill Marching Band & Color Guard.
