Happy Monday Parents!
The year is in full swing, with a lot of great concerts coming up, along with the Marching Band and Colorguard’s final three performances! It is amazing to see each performance that our ensembles put on, and to watch every field show and parade that our Marching Band and Color Guard put together.
We want to thank everyone who has been able to put forth their annual band donation that helps to run the program. We are still running well behind the financial number we’d like to be at for the year, so if there is any way that you can make a portion of that band donation this year, it would mean a ton. Your annual band donation helps fund the shows, the props, the competition meals, the techs who help design the show and who also help our kids become incredible musicians, the bus costs, the truck rental costs, and much more. Family donations help to cover everything it takes to help get all of our musicians to all of the places where they perform.

Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Concert Band
Wind Ensemble and Combined Symphonic Band/Concert Band will be performing next week at Rodriguez HS in Fairfield. Itinerary will be sent out shortly. Wind Ensemble will also be performing at Chabot College on Wednesday November 29th. More information will be sent out soon!
Marching Band and Color Guard
We are in the last couple of weeks of the season. Thank you to all of the parent volunteers for helping out at the shows with driving trucks, preparing food, helping with uniforms, and moving props and front ensemble equipment. The students have had a wonderful season and it couldn’t be done without the amazing support of our parents.
Three more rehearsals left. James Logan competition this Saturday, Friends and Family with Amador Valley and Dublin next Thursday, November 16th @ Foothill High School, then we will finish our season at Rodriguez HS on November 18th with Concert Bands, Jazz Bands, and Marching Band and Color Guard.
