Hello Winter Guard Parents!
It is hard to believe we are one week away from our first competition! I hope you have all had a chance to complete the volunteer clearance process. If not, now is the time to do it! Please sign up if you are able to drive and help our kids get to the shows. 2025 Winterguard Carpool Sign Ups
Each volunteer must complete a three step clearing process:
- Step 1: Fill out the Volunteer Clearance Form
- Step 2: Get fingerprinted (CLICK HERE for live scan locations)
- Step 3: Fill out the Driver Insurance Form as soon as possible. Once the Driver Insurance Form has been completed it needs to be submitted to the school office to complete the clearance process.
Please contact me or Mr. Fagundes if you have any questions about volunteering or if you have a truck and can transport the equipment for the show.
