We are just under 80 days before we leave for London! A LOT will be happening in the next few months, so I appreciate everyone being too attentive to our communications regarding this fantastic trip. This update is loaded, so please give everything a read.
NEW REQUEST – Parent Clearance
If you are a parent traveling with us to London on a FULL or LAND package, we ask that you get a Level 2 Volunteer Clearance through PUSD. Here is a link to a document describing the Level 2 clearance process: https://online.flippingbook.com/view/61613674/6/

Getting this clearance will help current chaperones and increase our coverage of our students. You may not be assigned a group of students, but this additional coverage ensures we keep the trip safe for our kids.
Grandstand Seats
If you want grandstand seats, The Parade has a block of seats we can purchase before being opened to the public. Status Meetings
Our next trip meeting will be on 10/17 in Room C6 at 7:30p. We will have two more before we leave:
- Tuesday 11/12 at 7:30p, Room C6
- Tuesday 12/17 at 7:30, Room C6
Chaperone Assignments
Expect group assignments to come out in the coming weeks.
Flight Assignments
Flight assignments are wrapping up now. Expect to see those assignments before 10/18.
Room Assignments
Room assignments will be sent out before 11/1. Make sure your student has filled out the Room Request form, which Mr. Fagundes sent out a couple of weeks ago.
If you are interested in a single occupancy room, there is a supplemental fee between $750 and $800. Complete this form if you are still interested. Please fill this out before 10/15.

Ticket Restaurant Card
All restaurant cards will come preloaded with £60. Please complete this form if you’d like to add additional funds to your student’s Food Card. Please fill this out before 10/11.
