Ice Cream Social
On Wednesday, 7/31, at about 4 p.m., I’ll be setting up near the trailer to hand out popsicles, Drumsticks, and more to our musicians. This includes any students in Orchestra, Jazz, and the ensembles. If you are not in the Marching Band but are in a different ensemble and will come by for ice cream, please let me know at president@foothillmusic.org. This ice cream social is for our musicians only and allows them to be social before the dinner break.
Pasta Feed
Thursday night, 8/1, we’ll have a Pasta Feed for all our musicians at Band Camp! If you want to help make pasta, donate cookies, donate drinks, or help serve, please email me at president@foothillmusic.org. We’ll be setting up in the Breezeway in front of the Band room at 4p.
Pancake Breakfast
We will officially kick off our music season on Saturday with our Pancake Breakfast. It starts at 8a and goes until 10a. At 10, we’ll move into the MPR and have a Welcome and Kick-Off Parent Meeting until 11:30. We’ll then end at 11:30 and go to the field to see what our Marching Band has been up to this week. The Pancake Breakfast is for all families of Foothill Instrumental Music, including Orchestra, Jazz, Concert, Wind, Marching Band, and Guard. There are a TON of volunteer and donate spots still available:
