Apologies for not coordinating this Status meeting sooner. I’m preparing for a small surgical procedure on Thursday and I have been preoccupied a little bit.
Attached is the presentation I was going to use tonight.

There are 5 lead spots we still need help with. Please consider helping this show:
- Co-Lead Coordinator – Still Need
- Concessions – Still Need
- Merchandising – Still Need
- Ticket Sales – Still Need
- Signs – New Need
Here are the goals I’d like us to complete before our next status meeting on 3/6. If you can help with these, please let me know at president@foothillmusic.org.
- Find the following leads (Please send names/suggestions/recommendation)
- Concessions
- Merchandise
- Tickets
- Signs
- Finalize Sign Up Genius.
- Start building out Equipment Spreadsheet based on Fall Equipment List.
- Determine what signage we will need.
- Order trophies and medals.
- Determine ticket pricing.
- Develop Trophy Sponsorship tiers
The Winter Show is on 3/23 and is a fundraiser for all of Foothill Instrumental Music, so we are asking all families to participate in making this event an incredible success!
