3:30 pm Arrive at AVHS with instrument NO CASES and get into uniform at this time
– No shakos or plumes. Bring a red santa hat if you have one!
4:00 pm Set the block for warm up
4:30 pm Run music in place
5:00 pm Parade begins
6:00 pm Return to trailer and load equipment
6:30 pm Pick up/dismissal (may finish earlier based on parade line up
