- 11:00 am On the Field for practice at Foothill
- 1:30 pm Run Thru – Parent volunteers required to attend to help the front ensemble!
- 1:45 pm Load trucks and trailers at Foothill
- 3:00 pm Truck and trailers arrive at Dublin HS
- 3:45 pm Percussion arrive at Dublin HS and unload the truck (Eat dinner before arriving)
- 4:00 pm Winds and guard arrive at Dublin HS (Eat dinner before arriving)
- 4:15 Small snack provided by the music boosters
- 4:45 pm Put on uniforms
- 5:00 pm Line up in two’s with visual staff
- 5:15 pm Visual warm up
- 6:20 pm Music warm-up
- 6:50 pm Full music ensemble warm-Up
- 7:15 pm To field staging area
- 7:30 pm Field staging area
- 7:40 pm Perform “Shine Through”
- 8:00 pm Put equipment away/change out of uniform
- 8:25 pm Announcements from Mr. Fagundes near the trailer!
- 8:30 pm Small snack provided by the music boosters
- 9:15 pm Awards Ceremony
- 9:45 pm Dismissal from Dublin High School (Please let your parents know to pick you up at this time)
- 9:45 pm Truck and trailers depart from Dublin
- 10:00 pm Arrive at FHS and unload trucks (Leadership team helps unload trucks)
Everyone must stay until everything is put away.

NO ONE is allowed to leave the Dublin High School Campus. All Foothill HS rules apply on all field trips. You are representing Foothill High School, PUSD & Pleasanton. Make us all proud to be a part of the Foothill Marching Band & Color Guard.
