Pleasanton’s schools are some of the best in the State, but some of our classrooms were built nearly 70 years ago and are in need of critical updates and repairs. Measure M will replace aging roofs and electrical systems, maintain student safety and improve access for students with disabilities. Our schools need modern classrooms with up-to-date labs and learning technology, as well as additional classrooms to accommodate our growing student enrollment. While some of our schools have been updated, Measure M is needed to take the next step and complete additional upgrades. Every penny from Measure M stays in Pleasanton to support our schools and no funds can be taken away by the State. Independent oversight is required.
