Due to pending power outages planned by PG&E as a result of the Public Safety Power Shutoff, Foothill High School is projected to be impacted on Saturday October 26, 2019. As a result, the afternoon/evening Field Show Competition is being moved from Foothill HS to Amador Valley High School. We will provide more updates and schedule impacts as they become available. Foothill site volunteers should show up for their shift to Amador HS. There maybe impacts to some of the award ceremony for the Parade and Concert Bands. Please watch the website and pay attention to your email as we provide updates for the rest of today!
Saturday Update- Traffic and Parking
We have received some updates around the PGE Planned Outage, we have been advised that areas of Pleasanton may lose power as early as 2:00 pm. As such lights and traffic could be impacted around the city.
This does not impact our ability to host the Field Review starting at 4:00pm at Amador High School, but it could impact traffic around Amador. We are encouraging all attendees to plan extra time for arrival and parking. Please note there is not parking on campus – look for parking in adjacent neighborhoods and the aquatic center.
Volunteers
At this point, all Foothill site volunteers should report to Amador HS for their same shifts and same times. Check-in in Amador is in front of the Q building. Review the Volunteer List

Foothill leadership will be monitoring the air quality in Pleasanton and will make updates as needed. As of 7:00am on October 26, 2019 – there are no schedule changes projected.
