It is the time you have been waiting for… wait for it… Sign-up Time (oh and the Weekly Update). Our Adult Volunteer Sign up links have now been posted to the website.
Volunteer Sign Up Information
Families can now sign up for the following events: Fall Band Review, Crab Feed and the Winter Show. Please try to get your sign ups done ASAP – those who sign up early will get the best spots!!!
You can do all your sign ups on our Volunteer Page.
Remember we are asking the following of our FHS band families:
- Two (2) at Foothill Band Review
- One (1) at either Winter Show or the Crab Feed.
- One (1) Bingo Shift (per ensemble, e.g. if your student is in Wind Ensemble and Jazz A – please sign up for a bingo shift for each ensemble)

The initial sign-up process will be available until Sept 27, 2019. After that date, the Band Booster program will work to fill the various open slots, assigning by section. We will then communicate those assignments out to the families that have not made a choice.

- Symphonic Band is managing Bingo. If you want to help us raise money, come and play bingo!!! Want to volunteer: Symphonic Band Parents. Remember we posted a helpful guide, please review before you arrive!
- Sept 24 (Tuesday):
- Marching Band Practice 5:30pm-9pm
- Band Review Meeting from 7pm-8pm. All Teams/All Leads, C-6
- Sept 26 (Thursday):
- Wind Sectionals 3:30pm-5:30pm
- Percussion Sectionals: 3:30pm-6:30pm
- Guard Sectionals 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Sept 27 (Friday)
- Football vs Dougherty Valley – 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Sept 28 (Saturday)
- Marching Band Practice: 12:00pm-5pm (HOMECOMING Dance)
