At the Parent Meeting this Saturday, August 3, everyone will have the opportunity to find out more about our program, and how we parents/guardians can make it even better for our musicians. We plan on having some fun along with the hard work the students have been putting in. We will be having a potluck and movie after the parent meeting – all are invited. Your students will be bringing home some information on how you can help, and the Band Boosters will be grilling the main course. We ask that you sign up to bring an item to share on our Sign up genius. We look forward to seeing you Saturday!
The meeting schedule is as follows:
- 6:00-7:30 – Parent Meeting
- 7:30-8:00 – Be a Band Member for a Day
- 8:30 pm – Band Booster BBQ / Potluck / Movie Night. Band Room and Outside
