The Annual Foothill Band Review will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022.

Fall Band Review Tickets Online Sales

New this year, Foothill Music and the Foothill Band Boosters Club is pleased to announce that we will be using GoFan for mobile ticketing. Attendees can purchase tickets online through the Foothill Band Boosters Club GoFan page or by presenting a card or mobile payment option at the ticket gate. All major credit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay.

The new ticketing method allows Foothill Band Boosters to operate a more efficient and professional ticket gate while creating a safer and enhanced fan experience. Buying tickets online allows fans to access and share tickets easily by email or text without standing in line. Digital ticketing will also help promote social distancing while limiting person-to-person contact and the physical exchange of cash.

Welcome to the Foothill Fall Show. Thank you for being part of and making this year’s show a success!

All updated information will be found on our Fall Band Review website. Please return frequently as we will update the link soon.

You will find maps, performance schedule, tickets sales and more on our site.

Please note our COVID-19 Policy for the event:

Spectators: We ask that you have a mask while indoor. Masks are not required while outdoors or at the field.

Performers: We ask that you have a mask on while indoors, unless you are performing.

Volunteers Needed for Fall Band Review

We are very proud to carry on the grand tradition of hosting the biggest, most competitive, and best run band review in our area of the country.  This year will mark 48 years of showing off our town, our school, our music program, and our students.

Starting this year, every family in (Marching band, Color guard, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band and Jazz A and B) is asked to take at least three shifts of Adult Volunteering during our three main events (Orchestra is asked to take two shifts in either of the three events because the Holiday parade concessions have traditionally been managed by them).  Two of those shifts MUST be during our biggest, more successful event, The Fall Band Review.

Please note, students will be assigned their own jobs, so this requirement applies to adults only.

Band Review Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  I have younger children and don’t know how I can volunteer. 
A: Families find it helpful to have 1 parent/guardian/friend handle the needs of younger children (as well as drive any FH Band/Guard students to/from the events) while another parent/guardian/friend volunteers for the 2 shifts.  We love having aunts, uncles and grandparents volunteer, too!

Q:  What time does Foothill perform? 
A: FHS Marching Band & Color Guard kick off the parade in Downtown Pleasanton on Saturday morning at 8am.

Foothill Symphony, Concert, Orchestra, or Wind do not perform in the Concert Competition at AVHS.

FHS Marching Band & Color Guard perform LAST at the field show at Foothill High School. Time is TBD.

Q:  Could my student volunteer, too?
A: YES!  All music and guard program students will be asked to volunteer on a separate sign-up. There are volunteer shifts for Non-Marching Band and Marching Band students to take into account performance times.

Q:  Where do I check-in as a volunteer?
A: Volunteer check-in for both Parents and Students for Downtown and Amador Valley High School is in front of the Q building at AVHS.  

Volunteer check-in for Foothill High School is in front of the band room.

Q: What are the sponsorship opportunities
A: Trophy sponsorship is available in $50, $100, $500 and $1,000 increments. You can make a donation on our Square page.
