Travelers do not have to print it, you will receive an itinerary booklet of the same information upon arrival. 

As you can see on the itinerary, we’ll have 3 free evenings – January 1, 2, and 3 – to explore London. Our Chaperone team has carefully selected 3 exciting trips that are not part of the Parade itinerary – Night Bus Tour, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and British Museum. 

• Directors, Chaperones and Students will be going on these trips. 
• It is optional for the non-chaperone Parents and family members. If you want to join the group, please sign up using the form. 
• We are asking every traveler to contribute $15 for the night bus tour and buy their own Hyde Park tickets.

The Medication Guideline for the trip has been reviewed by the district nurse and the school administrator. Here is the updated document.

Before the trip, you will receive notifications of the London trip email blasts. During the trip, trip attendees will communicate via this band app. 

No late payments are accepted!!! The Parade cannot reserve flight or hotel if payments are late.

If you need to make a change to your travel package, there will be an additional fee that will have to be paid to The Parade.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 10/15. You can pay by check or payment via FutureFund:

Remaining balance for a FULL Package: $2,195

Remaining balance for LAND Package: $970

Ticket Restaurant Card

The Parade gives every person a card with £60 pre-loaded for lunches and dinners during the week. The Parade recommends adding additional to cover any additional meals your traveler might need. If you asked to put additional funds on your student’s Meal Card, you can pay by check or Future Fund. This payment is due on 10/15.

Grandstand Tickets

If you requested Grandstand tickets, they are $70 each. You can pay by check or Future Fund. This payment is due on 10/15.

Single Occupancy Room

All rooms are booked as double occupancy, meaning a room is shared. If you have requested a single occupancy room, there is a $750 single occupancy fee. That payment is due on 10/21.
